Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp, call +91 93212 03839 or email dodoskitchen9@gmail.com with your order number. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. For Cash on Delivery orders there is nothing to refund if you cancel before dispatch.

2. Returns

For hygiene and pet safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed pouches, or returns because of a change of mind or your dog's taste preference.

3. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, has the wrong item, or is missing an item:

• Tell us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• Share your order number and clear photos of the pouch, the outer packaging and the shipping label.
• Keep the product and packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.

4. How refunds are paid

• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the account details you share with us.
• Prepaid orders (if online payment is enabled): refunded to the original payment method.

We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it. It usually reaches you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
