These terms apply when you use dodoskitchen.in or buy from Dodo's Kitchen, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533001, India (“we”, “us”). We sell our own products directly to you. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must be 18 or older to place an order, and the details you give us must be accurate. If you create an account, keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.
Our Daily Meal Essentials are single-ingredient, air-dried foods for dogs, made to complement your pet's regular meals. They are not a complete diet on their own and are not medicines; they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Introduce new foods gradually, supervise your dog while it eats chews, keep fresh water available, and check with your vet if your dog has a health condition or special diet.
Because our products are natural, size, colour and texture can vary slightly between batches. Product photos are for illustration and the actual product may look a little different.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown in your cart before you place the order. Prices and offers may change, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and will let you know.
After you place an order you will see an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, your pincode is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud or misuse of offers. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact order amount ready for the courier. If COD orders are repeatedly refused at delivery, we may limit COD for future orders. If we add online payments, they will be processed by an RBI-authorised payment gateway; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

Promo codes and Build A Bowl bundle discounts apply only on the terms shown with the offer. Usually one code can be used per order. Some codes need your phone number to confirm eligibility. We may change or withdraw offers, and cancel orders that misuse them.
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience, and must not be abusive, misleading or promotional. We may remove reviews that break these rules. We do not write or pay for fake reviews.
The text, photos, logos, designs and other content on this website, including “The Dodo's Nutrient Wheel”, belong to Dodo's Kitchen and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
If something goes wrong, please contact our Grievance Officer (details below). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any disputes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
